Delivery charges & returns
Your order will go onto our system as soon as we receive it. Items that are instock are then allocated and an invoice produced. Any items that are unavailable at this time will automatically be put on backorder for you and sent out as soon as they arrive in to our warehouse.
As long as we have your payment details all orders placed by 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day (in stock items only) and packaged in grey plastic bags or plain brown boxes depending on the size of your order. In some circumstances we also use air filled pockets to protect your items from damage.
You can expect delivery by Parcelforce 24hr or 1st Class Royal Mail - FREE OF CHARGE!

Returns policy and procedure
Due to the nature of the product we sell we only accept returns on faulty items, which will be replaced. All returns for faulty items must be agreed in advance. Please email for help on this matter.
